PLEASE HELP! Comms OPEN!!! *EDIT: ONLY 3 DAYS LEFTYeah, so I was on the fence for the last few weeks about opening commissions up, because for the first time in a long time I've been relatively stable monetarily wise. Now I HAVE to open $ Commissions.
Because earlier today my fiance lost his job.... :/ and we will likely be homeless unless we get rid of most of our possessions and pack up what we can fit into our cars and go live with my mom who lives 1,000 miles away because we don't have the money to live in our current house that we're renting.
(If you're interested in buying some furniture and/or clothes for cheap, let me know!)

Artists in Need

Welcome to the Artists in Need Group!

Our mission is simply this: to create a networking group that joins artists in need of funding with potential customers.

At AIN, an artist can easily upload examples of their best work to our gallery folders, creating a visual guide for other users seeking reasonably priced and beautifully executed artwork.

The AIN team will continually be seeking out new members and art lovers all over dA, through news articles, the forums, affiliation, and any way we can to get artists the exposure and commission work they deserve and need. It is a group designed for both long term and short term need, and a place to meet other artists, grow in skill, and expand customers.

This is not a group built around pity. We sympathize, because we have been there ourselves. Having a need for funding is nothing to be embarrassed about. Our global economy is unable to support the volume of people who rely on it. Hard times can and do come to everyone at some point. You will never need to explain why you need funding.

Our group is here to help artists in need. No matter what your situation, if you create art and aim to sell it to meet a need, come on over. We'll take good care of you.
